Frequently Asked Questions

  • Bring a current, government-issued photo ID and the unsigned document (unless the document specifically says otherwise). All signers must be present.

  • Most clients use a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. If you’re unsure whether your ID works, text/call us a photo of it (cover sensitive numbers if you want) and we’ll confirm before the appointment.

  • Usually, no. Many documents must be signed in front of the notary. If your document has multiple signature spots, we’ll guide you on what to sign and when.

  • Yes. Each person signing must appear with their own valid ID—either in-person (mobile appointment) or on-camera (remote online notarization).

  • Some documents require witnesses, and requirements vary. If you tell us your document type ahead of time, we’ll let you know what’s commonly needed. If you need witnesses and don’t have them, ask us—sometimes we can help coordinate depending on the situation and location.

  • Yes. We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other agreed-upon locations in and around the Little Rock area.

  • You book your appointment and upload your documents via a secure portal. Then, complete the identity verification steps and meet with the notary via a secure video conference. You’ll sign electronically during the session and receive your completed documents via email right after your appointment.

  • Common documents include: loan signing packages, Power of Attorney, trusts, DMV/title paperwork, travel consent forms, healthcare directives, retirement forms, and more. If you’re not sure, send us the document title, and we’ll confirm.

  • It depends on what you mean by “copy” and what the receiving agency requires. Some situations allow a notarized statement about a copy, while others require an original or a specific certification. Tell us what you have and where it’s being submitted, and we’ll point you in the right direction.

  • Pricing depends on the service type (mobile vs. online), travel distance, timing (after-hours/weekends), and document complexity (printing/scan-back if needed). We provide a clear quote before the appointment.

  • Most appointments take 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of signers and documents. Loan signings can take longer.

  • Mobile notarization is ideal for this. We can meet at hospitals, rehab centers, and care facilities. The signer must be able to understand what they’re signing and communicate willingness to sign.

  • Notaries must verify identity. If you don’t have acceptable ID, contact us—there may be alternative options depending on the situation, but we can’t promise a solution without details.

  • No. We can explain the notarization process, but we can’t advise you on legal choices or document selection. For legal questions, you will want to consult an attorney.

  • We provide apostille support, which usually starts with notarizing documents when needed and helping you prepare them for submission.
